Achieving stability for children
When taking on the care of children and young people, we all begin with high hopes. Yet, at times, fostering families, kinship foster carers, and special guardians find that despite everyone’s best efforts, the arrangements made are not going to work, and this can break down leading to the child in care having to move elsewhere. This course will explore what causes instability for children as well as what can help carers to achieve connection with the child.
