• Facilitating Family Time: Carers learn how to plan and organize family time visits, considering the child’s needs, the birth family’s circumstances, and any court orders or care plan requirements.

• Supporting Children and Families: Training addresses the potential challenges and difficulties that can arise during family time, such as emotional distress, anxiety, or conflict, and equips carers with strategies to support both the child and the birth family

• Working with Birth Families: Training emphasizes the importance of fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with birth families, recognizing that they are an important part of the child’s life.
