If there are any signs of a possible placement breakdown, our Supervising Social Workers liaise with local authority social workers to arrange a ‘Placement Stability’ meeting to put immediate measures in place, to support and save the placement. This pro-active approach minimises the negative effect of placement breakdowns all round.
Anchor operates in Kent & Medway, East and West Sussex, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, South London, Essex and the Midlands.
We have two dedicated placement teams, one for the areas North of London and another for the areas South of England, offering a range of placement types.
We also operate an out-of-hours emergency service telephone line for placements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
